A message from Fred Johnson:

It’s been my blessing for the last 20 plus years to study with some amazing master teachers who understand the importance of honouring the heart and the importance of coming together as community for the greater good of the individual and the greater good of all.

My journey, from the ancient indigenous teachings of West Africa and as a modern day holder of the Diali tradition, brings the knowledge and the ability to be in the sacred space within ourselves.

It is my deepest wish to share with you the healing energy of the gift of voice and for all of us to share our unique gifts and to articulate our truth into the world.
